Using this website

This website is published by Honeybee Homes as general information about our services in Cartersville, Bartow County and the wider Northwest Georgia market. Using it does not create a brokerage relationship between us.

A brokerage relationship begins only when it is agreed in writing and signed by both of us, in the form Georgia law requires.

Listing details, photographs and availability shown here or on our MLS search are supplied by third parties and can change without notice. We take reasonable care with them, but we cannot warrant that every detail is accurate, current or complete.

Valuations and estimates

Any figure we give you for what a property is worth is a market opinion prepared from comparable local sales. It is not a formal appraisal, and it is not a guarantee of a sale price.

A lender or an appraiser may reach a different figure. Where a formal appraisal is required, that has to be carried out by a licensed appraiser.

Not legal, tax or lending advice

We can explain how a contract works and what a deadline means, and Lindsey brings a working knowledge of contracts to every file. That is not the same as legal, tax, insurance or mortgage advice.

Fees

Commission and any other fees are agreed in writing before we begin, in the listing or buyer agreement. They are negotiable and are never set by law or by any association.
